Saint Health was founded on a straightforward premise: behavioral health organizations need partners who have actually operated at the level they're trying to reach—not consultants who've studied the field from the outside, but operators who've held the license applications, sat in the payer negotiations, managed the census pressure, and built the systems that keep programs compliant and financially viable.
Our work is grounded in direct experience scaling a behavioral health startup from a single location to seven OHA-licensed programs across Oregon—building the operational, clinical, and compliance infrastructure to support ASAM levels of care from outpatient through residential, detox, DUI services, co-occurring treatment, and recovery housing.
That experience spans licensing and regulatory compliance, Joint Commission accreditation, payer contracting and reimbursement strategy, revenue cycle management, clinical documentation systems, outcomes measurement, admissions workflow design, EMR and RCM implementation, and the operational infrastructure of multi-site behavioral health organizations operating under significant regulatory and financial pressure.
